The Top 3 winners have been unveiled!

The Top 3 winners of AmBank BizRACE Season 4 were announced at an Awards Ceremony held at Menara KEN, TTDI. With 1,000 companies for the top honours, this year’s competition was a showcase of remarkable leadership in growth, innovation, and sustainability, focusing on themes such as Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

Champion

SYDNEY CAKE HOUSE SDN BHD

Sydney Cake House
Sydney Cake House (SCH) was established in 1982 and is known for its Malaysian Produced Brands named Mak’Cik & S.Signature. By integrating digital tools such as IoT, data analytics and automated processes, SCH has optimised its supply chain management, improved product quality and streamlined its production. One of its outstanding initiatives is the implementation of its Waste Heat Recovery System that transfers excess heat from cold room compressors to be repurposed to heat water for its cleaning and proofing processes - saving approximately 100,000 kWh of energy per year, thus significantly reducing overall energy consumption and carbon emissions.

BloomThis, established in 2015, is recognised as one of Malaysia's leading online florists and premium gift provider, offering on-demand same-day delivery services. BloomThis has integrated data analytics and visualisation into its operations through an Omni-Commerce Management & Integration Engine, using intelligent data to meet customers' preferences and needs. BloomThis is also dedicated in ESG practices by focusing on sustainable and ethical sourcing. BloomThis is repurposing ocean-bound plastics into its products and work with suppliers who engaged in sustainable farming. Additionally, the brand collaborates with marginalised communities and associations to promote social empowerment and development.

Eligibility

What to Expect

  • Registration has closed. Stay tuned for updates!
  • Upon confirming eligibility, you will be contacted by an AmBank representative
  • 100 companies have attended development sessions and high impact workshops on Industry 4.0 and ESG
  • 30 companies will be attending on site factory visitations, one-to-one coaching and coaching consultations
  • 10 companies will be selected for on-site factory assessments by technical experts for coaching and project fine-tuning
  • 10 finalists will be shortlisted for the final pitch after which 3 winners will be  selected to attend  a curated innovation trip abroad and receive additional media exposure
